Project Summary
Project Manager - Chris Tyzzer supports SRW’s target to deliver its capital program in an ‘always safe’ manner to an agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget, whilst ensuring the best value for customers and adequate consideration of all stakeholder requirements.
Some of the management task includes the requirement to oversee and monitor the development and maintenance of project documentation in the required format, including:

Project plans

Budgets, cost estimates and forecasts

Risk registers

Delivery programs/schedules
-
Reporting on overall risk, cost, time and quality for individual projects

Reports to various management groups as needed

Contract administration, including quality, safety and environment

Monitoring and coordinating construction phase activities

Commissioning, handover & project completion
Client
Southern Rural Water
To Provide a project plan and schedule on key milestones for the MID Modernisation. Engage in stakeholder management and regular monitoring and reporting on activity progress. Fulfil emergency related functions including filling an incident management team position, by mutual agreement, in the event that a CIMP is enacted. Look after the Health, Safety and wellbeing aspect of project with addressing hazards and conducting investigation for risk mitigation.
